What you get

Built for links that cannot go down.

Who it suits: Manufacturers with more than one unit, companies with a separate head office and plant, logistics hubs and warehouses running a central ERP or CCTV.

Layer-2 point-to-point

A dedicated private link between two locations. Both sites behave as if they are on one local network.

MPLS for many sites

Bring several branches onto one private network, with predictable performance between every pair of sites.

Private by design

Traffic between your sites stays on our network and is not routed over the public internet.

Watched like every other circuit

The same AI-run NOC monitors your private links around the clock and assigns an engineer when one needs hands.

Getting connected

From enquiry to live link.

Timelines are typical for sites in our fibre footprint. Sites outside it get a quoted schedule after survey.

  1. Feasibility check within 24 hours

Share the site address. We confirm fibre availability and send a commercial proposal.

  2. Site survey 2–3 days

Our engineer visits, plans the fibre route and termination point, and agrees the rack and power requirements.

  3. Fibre laying & termination 7–15 working days

Last-mile fibre is laid, spliced and tested end to end against the ring.

  4. Commissioning 1 day

Router configured, bandwidth verified live with your IT team, CRM login handed over. The link is now under 24×7 monitoring.

FAQ

Questions we hear often.

What is a point-to-point link?

A point-to-point link is a dedicated private connection between two of your locations. It works at layer 2, so both sites behave as if they are on the same local network.

When do I need MPLS instead of point-to-point?

Point-to-point suits two locations. Once you have three or more sites that all need to reach each other, MPLS is usually simpler to run and expand.

Can internet access be combined with a private link?

Yes. Many customers take an internet leased line at the main site and private links to the others, so every location uses one managed internet exit.
